Sabona Limited Warranty & Return Policy
Sabona guarantees this product against any manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Return the defective item, the warranty card, and your purchase receipt, along with your return shipping address and phone number to: Sabona of London, Inc. 609 Davis Blvd. Sikeston, MO 63801. Upon inspection, Sabona will repair or replace the item, and return the item, or the replacement, to you promptly! Sabona deals directly with our customers on warranty services and the customer should not return merchandise to the dealer, Blazing Trails Enterprises for warranty related services. Please measure carefully and order proper size! Returns or Exchange for any reason other than workmanship shall be charged a 20% restocking fee if product is returned in like new saleable condition with packaging. Products showing any sign of visible wear, discoloration, use or damage will not be accepted. Returns or Exchanges are handled directly through the dealer, Blazing Trails Enterprises throught the address listed above in Isanti, MN. All shipping is buyers responsibility.
Sabona Quality

Sabona Copper Wristbands are made with the purest copper available, and although machinery is used, it is not an automatic process. Great care is taken by each Sabona Associate to make sure we are providing the best finished product possible.
Sabona of London, Inc. specifies the best stainless steel possible for the manufacture of the Sabona Executive Magnetic Bracelet line. We incorporate permanent pins and good quality clasps to make the product more durable for wear.
Thick plating of the precious metals is essential for a wristband or bracelet product to maintain its quality look over time, because of the wear associated with them. That is why Sabona Products that are plated in gold are specified to have an average of 3 microns of 18k Gold Plating, and/or 10 microns of .999 Pure Silver. These thickness specifications are more stringent than those of most competing products, but in the end the wearer will appreciate the value of a genuine Sabona!
Shipping & Handling Information
Due to the variety of designs and sizes Blazing Trails Enterprises may drop ship your order directly from the Sabona warehouseif we do not have the item in our shop. All orders are shipped in the best way possible, at the discretion of the Dealer or the Sabona warehouse, unless the Customer specifies a particular mode of shipment at the time of placement of the order. Orders are shipped UPS within 10 working days from the date of order, with most being shipped in 3 days or less. The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges included on the invoice. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.
